Measuring shipping performance. Working on s report comparing order ship/expire date to invoice date (assumed shipped date). It seems that the ship/expire date is not in SO_SalesOrderHistoryHeader. Is the report possible? I see no way to compare invoices and sales orders with the invoice and ship/expire dates. Is there a work around or alternative solution?

What about the line detail for shiping date? For future, perhaps a UDF? Had a client with similar needs and we used a UDF in the line detail.

We did this by adding a UDF in SO_Header for Original Ship Date.

Do they actually change the Ship Date when they ship? It defaults to the Ship/Expire date and if they don't change it, it stays that date.
