Maybe we should open our mail more often. While getting all our paperwork together to send to the accountant for 2011 tax returns, we noticed that Sage Payment Solutions sent 5, count them 5, 1099 forms to us with our name on them totalling over $200,000 more than what they paid us in commissions. And to top that, they also sent them to IRS. Now IRS has 1099's for us for more that $200,000 than we are going to report, probably causing an audit. If that happens, I am going to spit.
