Maybe this is urgent to one of you... Anyone heard of or working with Belco Distributing out of Long Island? I've got a friend / contact from a different life that just started working there. She would like some help with MAS 90 / MAS 500 - mostly MAS 500. They are using MAS 500 for their website / webstore. It crashed during Irene and they found out (SHOCKING) that their backups are worthless back to May. Looking to grab data from the webstore and populate the database. She said that their current MAS provider isn't much help (sorry if it is anyone in this group, I'm just relaying information). It's just as likely the provider doesn't necessarily know the extent of the problems??? Who knows. She couldn't provide the name. As an update, I have passed Mike and Dawn's information to the client. They are more interested in a local provider so I'm guessing that she will be reaching out to Mike.
