    We are planning on holding a virtual board meeting May 14th and May 15th, 2020.
    We will have two breaks and one meal break each day.  The meeting duration will be approx. 5 hours total each day.  We are planning on covering a meal each of these days via expense reports, if needed.  We will set a dollar limit, as advise later. 

    The meeting will be held using the GoToMeeting link we use for Board Meetings. (unless otherwise advised).

    Please select two start times from the following.  (Reminder 1/2 of the board is Pacific time zone, and we have one board member each in Mountain, Central and Eastern time zones.)

    1.  9:00 am PST to 2:00 pm PST (10 - 3 Mountain, 11 - 4 Central, Noon to 5 Eastern)
    2.  8:30 am PST to 1:30 pm PST (9:30 - 2:30 Mountain, 10:30 - 3:30 Central, 11:30 am - 4:30 Eastern)
    3.  10:00 am PST to 3:00 pm PST (11 - 4 Mountain, 12 - 5 Central, 1 - 6 Eastern)

    I've attached the 2021 MotM Survey results with some analysis that I've done for everyone to look at before we meet Thursday and Friday. I also calculated the NPS Score for the 2020 MotM.

    We never do get enough feedback from the affiliates and the ones we do get feedback from are usually consistent.

    I didn't try combining the results. I probably can but the questions don't align 100%.

    Chicago has been cancelled. 

    Discounts and deals available for face to face conference in years 2022, 2023, and 2024 IF we are willing to book by August.  Just passing along the information.

    I've interviewed two virtual meeting hosting firms and requested quotes.
