May 10 Board Meeting John Hoyt will be traveling during May 10th through May 17. I'll also be sailing on May 10th but planned to start the meeting and can take the minutes. Want to check and see if it makes sense to move the meeting to May 3rd?

It's not impossible, but it would be difficult for me to do May 3 at the usual time. Best case scenario, I'd be late.

I can do 5/3 at any time during the day. However, can we consider 5/8 or 5/9?

I'll be en route 5/8, could possible do a 5/9 depending on the time. @JohnHoyt I forgot your exact travel dates.

I leave Sunday, 5/6 and am back in the office Tuesday, 5/22.

OK, then. Time to focus on finding 90 minutes during 5/3 that we can get the most attendance. I have no scheduled conflicts that day, so any time is good. Will those who have restrictions that day please chime in?

I am unavailable between 12 noon - 1:30 PM PDT for an on-line class. Otherwise I am open.
