Client is trying to determine what happened a MASTER SO. Seems to have disappeared. After researching, it appears that Sage does not create a record in table SO History for MASTER ORDERS. Hmm. If I try to reenter the master number in SO entry, I get a message that it has been used but I am allowed to reuse the number. Odd. The MASTER SO # is written to the SO History Table but it is NOT written to the invoice table. There is a field for
RepetitiveInvoiceRefNo$ in the AR iNVOICE History table but the MASTER number is not mapped to it.
I looked in the activity log but record information is not written there.
Am I overlooking something? Is there a way to track down what happened to a MASTER SO
#?MOD SQUAD - Perhaps this is something simple for Sage to pursue??? I would also suggest that Sage tweak their customer renumbering utility to renumber the SO history table for customer renumbering. There is a post from a couple months back where this was discussed as well. TIA
