  • 1.  mascrw.exe on Sage 100 2025 can't load crpe32.dll

    Upgrading from Sage 100 Standard 2021 to 2025.  mascrw.exe give this erorlls up: could not load C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP Business Objects\Crystal reports For .Net framework 4.0\Common\SAP BuinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win32_x86\crpe32.dll.

    The file is there.  I am logged in as the administrator and admins have full rights to that folder.

    Any ideas?

    Well the THIRD time in reinstalled workstation setup Crystal finally started working. You can take hits out of urgent

    Amazing that I had the SAME error on 12/26/25 (slow day).  Is two events a coincidence or a pattern?  I believe I switched from the server to a workstation to run the mascrw.exe to completion.  I too ran as administrator.  Life is too short!

    Are you disabling UAC before installing workstation setup?  I have seen dll that don't register if UAC is activated.
