MAS90 4.50. Customer reports that payroll is distributing to the cash account in the old bank code instead of the account in the new bank code being used. I swear I remember something about a bug or something in setup that needs to be changed, but I'm not finding it.

I know you can set up a gl account for cash in AP division maintenance that will overwrite the cash account from the bank code. Not sure about payroll though.

Can they show you the check register to prove they picked the right bank code when they printed checks?

OK, never trust the customer. She accidentally used the old bank code. Sorry for the alarm!

Trust but verify.

Is there anyway to delete the old bank account code? Hopefully, it is not A.
