MAS90 4.5. Is there a way to run a custom AR Inv History crystal report for 100+ customers (1-2 pages per customer) and have them emailed to the individual customers (like paperless office electronic delivery 'POED') from the custom report menu? I may be grasping at straws here but could I take the report I created and put it into say AR Statements as a 'custom' form setting and utilize POED that way? I'm sure they won't purchase KS to handle this so looking for a workaround. They used to do this report in Word (manually) and use a mail/merge.

What exactly is the report displaying? Would it pull information from the statements workfile? Can't hurt to experiment to figure your your answer,

Visual cut has a feature called bursting that sounds exactly like what you are looking for. It wouldn't run from the custom reports menu, but you could make a shortcut to a batch file.

I have modified the AR statement form quite a bit. What exactly, are you trying to get??

Customer creates a 'report card' or quarterly summary of items purchased. i have the report created and really don't want to spend time trying to recreate in AR Statement work files, more just looking to see if I throw the custom report in that report setting (or any other) to get the paperless delivery options.

Visual Cut is the way to go with a custom report. You just need to put the email address in the group header and it can automatically email to ail the customers. www.milletsoftware.com
