Sage 100

Last night Daily Sales Update in Point of Sale gave error 11 P2WJAA line 4970.  When we try to run it gain this morning, it tells us that the cash drawers are not available for update  may be locked or selected for update by another user.  The file layouts for POS are not on their system.  Does anyone have the file layouts, or know where the lock is held?

Hi Phil,
Just seeing this.  What about the Locks folder.  I would get everyone out then go to the locks folder and rename the folder tied to this company code.  Log back in and see if you can do the update now.  That has worked for me in the past.   Also an Error 11 indicates corruption in the data.  May need to do a Rebuild of files as well.  Good to see you.  Been a long time. :)
