MAS200EESv1.4 running as an application on the server desktop. When starting the Application Server Start-up it's throwing an error 106, bad key. Clients cannot connect to MAS. Any ideas? When running as a Service no visible errors but users cannot connect

It's one of the App Server data files. To verify, if you DFDM sessions.pvk in the /mas90/home/lib/_Appserv folder the same 106 may appear. With everyone out of the system and both the App Server and App Server Config stopped, you can rename this file. Then start App Server Config and click on Sessions tab. If no error, then sessions.pvk was your culprit.

It appears the sessions.pvk is corrupt. Replace from backup? or ignore and go in from here with a new sessions.pvk file?

No just create a new one otherwise the one from backup will eventually get an Error 10x as well.
