MAS200 v4.5.07 SQL database - Customer is receiving the ""Failed to Open Connection. Details: [Database Vendor Code: 17]"" message. Knowledgebase links to only one reference that I can see and it refers to turning on some services on the SQL box. Confirmed that all of those are turned on and active, per the article.
Still receiving the same message. Any other ideas or has anyone else resolved this issue with another fix?
Checked with the client and they haven't made any changes to the SQL box. I'm sticking with that until I have something else to look for.
