MAS100 v4.5 - AR Avg Days to Pay field is messed up. Is there a way to ""fix"" this field besides changing via DFDM?

Not aware of one. There is recalculate high balance utility. Maybe this fixes average day to pay also......

I just opened Customer Maintenace (4.50 ABC) and can edit these fields directly. Role security set to access all.

So obviously, it has to be recalculated somehow. So is the calculation off for Deb or is there some bad data somewhere? If you change it, wouldn't it go south again once it recalulates if the underlying data is bad?

I suppose that's true Jeff but would depend on the cause. If it's due to inovices/payments posted to wrong year it may be a once in a great while issue or could be a sign of something else.

The reason is hosed is that there are some bad detail lines in the AR_transactionpayment table. Remove or fix these transactions. The next time cash is applied, the days to pay will recalculate based on the corrected transactions.
