MAS V4.5 Commission structure - Is it possible to have some customers set up to calculate commissions based flat rate for all sales while having other customers set up to pay commissions based on the items that were sold? I have a client wanting to do a ""blended"" commission program but I don't see how this is possible without scripting. Thoughts?

If you don't set them up in the new Comm by slsmn/cust/item, then they default to their std flat comm rate, so I don't know why it wouldn't work. Just a lot of setup if there are a lot of items.

Can someone verfiy that the file layouts and program information resource file for v4.5.3 (200) is not current? Specifically, I am looking at the CI_item table field 44. The resource file defines it as category 4. However, looking at the table via DFDM, it appears as Commission Rate. It appears that these resource files are also victims of the budget cutback. Or am I looking in the wrong place?

In my 4.5 -- field 44 is CATEGORY 4 and field 76 is COMMISSION RATE

Talk about bizarre. This is how client's (who is on 4.5.3) ci_item table appears. I wonder if some type of DD rebuild should be done. I double checked the conversion button in company maintenance. All is up to date.
