MAS v4.4 - Has anyone figured out how to quickly set the PO status field to completed with out using DFDM? Prior to PO being on the new BF, you could import the change using VI. Now this is not allowed. The only option I see is DFDM one PO at a time. Just wondering if anyone had a PVX utility they would like to share/sell. This is the fastest way to clean up the purchases clearing report. Let me know if there is a different way. Thanks.

I did confirm that it lets you VI in the ""Completion Date"" but it even with a completion date, it still will not allow you to update the status to Completed (""X"").

Same here. Guess I check the beta to see if this has changed.

I think they would prefer you close P/Os the normal way.

This is and has always been a problem with users who type purchase orders into MAS as if it were a typewriter and then suddenly wake up one day and need to ""clean up"" a few thousand old outstanding PO's that are in various states of backorder, etc. I guess the cure has always been to purge - except when for some reason they don't want to.
