MAS Intelligence user can login to Intelligence without a problem from the server. When logged into his PC using the same credentials, we get the error ""Company does not exist. Please enter a valid company code."" Any ideas?

Is he trying to access SMI via his PC or via an RDP connection to the server?

via PC - SMI installed locally and using UNC share to access MAS 90 folder

So you have multiple licenses as you noted that SMI works on the server??

Yes, 4 licenses and it access the company from the server. On the workstation we enter the path, company code and user ID and then get the message.

Turns out the workstation install hadn't been performed on the PC. I knew it would be something stupid!

Do you bill based on stupid issues?

Luckily we were multi-tasking on a couple of things so billing isn't an issue!
