I'm not saying ""stopped working"" as in MAS stopped working. I'm saying ""stopped working"" as in ""MAS has stopped working"" is the actual message that the client gets. It says those exact words. (And those are on the KB, but again, mostly with Paperless, which isn't an issue here.) Just her machine.
I'll have her try the run as admin - also, AV is on her machine and I'm waiitng on the IT guy to fix it, so hopefully it might be the problem.
