    MAS 90 version 4.50 (Standard): When going into an existing sales order, adding a line at the bottom, and then printing, the item they added is gone. Sometimes, they say they drag the added line up between other lines on the order, but they say dragging/reordering is not necessary to cause the error. This is intermittent. Has anyone seen this?

    No. 1. Does it disappear in SO entry lines screen? 2. Does it only disappear off the printed order? 3. Have you tried a fresh form to rule out a form problem ?

    Wayne, it disappears from the SO entry lines screen. So it's not a form issue.

    Do they have all the patches installed? I vaguely remember this issue and thought it was resolved with a patch...

    @Bob - yes they do get the save changes prompt. @Jeff - They are on 4.50.4, so I will try update 7. Thanks for the tip.

    I just had a client on 4.5.7 report this issue. Happens intermittently. @JonParkinson, is your client still having this experience? Trying to remember - do the lines not get saved until you move to the Totals tab? Or QuickPrint and answer Y to save changes?
