    MAS 90 v4.3 SU 21. WIN 7 64 OS workstation. I've installed the 200 mb patch for WIN 7. I reran WKsetup for that workstation. I manually installed the PDF converter and changed the name to Sage PDF converter. I changed the port to LPT1. I then ran advancedoptionpl_UI to install the driver. Windows user is a member of the administrative group. cdintf300.dll is present in the syswow64 folder. I now get this error message which I can't resolve. Any suggestions?

    Did you try removing the ""use lock file"" on the AdvancedOption

    You did that registry thing where you delete all of the lock keys?

    The registry is a very daunting task and I am hoping to avoid it, so no. The lock file check box was off when I installed ran the advancedOptions the first time, I got this error message so I ran it the second time with it on. Guess I'll try it a third time with it off......

    After uninstalling the client from the workstation, then reinstalling it, paperless worked as desired. I think what happened is the IT tech installed the mas client before I installed LM-4046 on their system. I simply reinstalled the client after loading the patch the first time. Uninstalling completely was the key.
