MAS 90 4.5 PU 4. Client ran an AR invoice Batch. One invoice had lines totaling $14,017.50 and the amount showing on the bottom of the invoice was $81,742.50 or $67,725 out of balance. The DTR was out of balance by the same amount with the error in the AR account. Everything else in batch was fine. The 81K number is from out of the blue. No errors shown on screen or activity log. I am proposing to fix by editing the following files and values in DFDM and correct GL with a one sided entry. Anyone have a better way? Have I missed anything? Do you have any sales tax reporting. If so, might add those tables to your list.

@JohnBroadfoot We had a similar issue recently on the same version and PU. The invoice only had 2 lines on it and it was obvious that the amount of one line was doubled in the invoice total. We tried deleting the line but that didn't fix it. We deleted all lines and yet the invoice still had a total. In the end, we deleted the invoice, rekeyed it and moved on.

Thanks for replying. @JeffSchwenk, I checked the Inv Tax Detail and Summary and both were empty and History Detail was OK. @Shawn Slavin, unfortunately, the client didn't even notice till all was done. Quicker Clicker. I'd have loved it if they had just deleted and tried again. Their invoice had three lines on it and all were accurate on the invoice, journal and history detail. The only issue was the bottom line. It has contaminated the Non-Taxable and Balance amounts in the files mentioned above.
