MAS 90 4.4 with Sage CRM 6.2 (EES 1.4) - Need to delete the relationship between a MAS customer and a CRM company, but the ""Relate to CRM checkbox"" is greyed out. Any ideas what causes that? Or what files I need to DFDM? Trying to merge two customers, which requires unlinking the accounts between MAS and CRM, merging in MAS, going into Firefox to get the CRM merge capabilities (Sage as too lazy to implement the merge across the integration, but also too lazy to make their removal of the CRM merge capabilities effective across all browsers), and then relinking the merged accounts. It has been done multiple times before on this system, but is not allowing the unlinking tonight.

What causes it? Poor understanding of CRM needs and poor development practices used in developing the integration. You could go into the database and manually kill the link. I believe it is just the fields on the company database related to ""MAS"" that perform this magic so you can clear out the values to break the link. Test on a sample system first.
