    MAS 200 v4.5 client getting TMP.EMC file in use error? I tried searching knowledge base and either i can't figure out to search or its not there. As I don't handle support - any suggestions?

    I don't recognize that file - my usual advice for all ""in use"" type errors is (a) have everyone log completely out of Sage and if that doesn't work (b) reboot server if at all possible. Those are the two fastest ways to resolve though not always most convenient.

    I always tell them - it may not fix the problem but it's a great first step to rule out a general file lock error. In most cases it causes the problem to go away.

    I think that's DSD-related.

    If you click INFO, is the program DSDCHK? Does the client have DSD's GLAC installed? If so, you may just need to install the most recent 4.5 GLAC which in my case contained the DSDCHK fix.
