    MAS 200 v4.3 Trying to run AR renumber utility for one customer. Enter the to/from/new information, preview the report. After closing the report, an error 12 (file already exists or may not exist) displays in a PVX window with no additional information. In the past, this has been indicative of a lock on a temp file. Rebooting server is the solution. Did a reboot, but the problem still exists. I have admin rights to that server so this should not be an issue. I have used the utility in the past without issue.

    Have you tried to reinitialize the file first and then try?

    The change/delete/renumber table? No.

    Diana, your a GENIUS! Thank you very much for the tip. Renumbering completed. However, when I previewed the log file, it bombed again......

    Need to know the actual program that puked... when you get to pvx, type in Print pgn Also, the line would be helpful.... type in .<cr> that is period, enter

    Randy, thanks for the followup. Since the crisis has past (customer # did change), I am going to back burner this forever (hopefully). This is the client that I am taking a week to do the migration and training which Myron questions why so long and that I get defensive explaining..... I'll keep this post in my back pocket. Now if you could solve my 4.4PDFDRiverUpdate.exe issue below, you would really be a genius!!
