MAS 200 client. Suddenly getting File XXXXXXX not found, then error 12 (no program) line 64999. Just started this afternoon - nothing done to MAS system. DUMP not helpful, but is there something I can type in to give me more info? Tried renaming SY_Workstation and SY_Console - no help. Can look in the Activity log but no more helpful.

One workstation only? How many users? Is this the APP vs SERVICE issue that occurs when too many simultaneous users are connecting via service? Running MAS 200 as MAS90 helpful? Is this the issue where if the customer doesn't log out fo Windows the connection drops after a period of time (I can search for the one where I experienced this). Quick test would be to log out of Windows then back in and observe if that stops the problem.

There are 7 writeups in the old KB - did you see those?

Happening to everyone, including me logging into the server. Happening in MOST menu items. I'm the only one logged in right now.

What happens when you run as MAS90 \mas90\home\pvxwin32 Run ""startup.m4p

In the old KB the ones I found re xxxxxxx were not related except POSSIBLY the AV one. All of the others I saw either had a program listed or were when doing something other than what I was doing (like printing PDF, etc). But Roberta - you know you are always better then me. What are you seeing?

Is this the one Sage warned about for the AV -- let me find the brand...

No, damn it, it's AVG but I've had issues with AVG before, too. SUPPOSEDLY I have it turned off and it's still erroring out.

Everything in the KB seems to be really old or doesn't apply but it seems like you would be missing a system file since you are getting it just about everywhere? Maybe restore the system files?

I've experienced this in two scenarios: 1 - the temp file in Home / Textout is locked and cannot be deleted/recreated. Often that is linked to network permissions 2 - the Paperless driver is no longer functioning for some reason. Again - often linked to network permissions.

Had an MD get into the error with me and we finally found it was looking for a GL program - probably to open the Options file. SO we went to see if that program was there and lo and behold - the entire GL folder is missing. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have thought to look for a whole freaking missing FOLDER!

So, we have reloaded the GL module and all is swell. The recycle bin on the server is empty - my client wants to sneak around and check everyone else's. Has anyone ever heard of an AV deleting a whole folder? I'm mystified as to how this happened. It apparently happened over the lunch hour...

Beth, I know you have this resolved... but I ran into a similar issue and looking into the Recycle bin wasn't the solution. Someone had used drag and drop on the Mas90 directory. When the function hit activate.pvx it would have prompted that the file is in use and asked for direction, it looked like they cancelled at that point and thought all was well. But I had no modules below Home in the directory and no company data left in the Mas90 folder. I did a search on the server and was able to find where they pasted the data. I copied it back and all was well.

@AnnetteEgbert - actually, mine ended up being that, too! My IT guy found the GL folder inside the HOME folder!
