MAS 200 4.4.4 running as application - they keep getting user limit exceeded message. User says he went in yesterday and ended stray pvxwin32 processes on server but they got the message again today. They had one error in the activity log today but Master Console showed 14 users and they have 20. Any ideas how to determine what might be happening?

Anything in the PU's that may have been fixed since the .4 release. The IT folks fess up to anything?

Do they have CRM? Copying a company including the CRM module can cause users from CRM to count twice.

Turns out their IT company was doing something on the server today. He called back and said ""It's a good thing you're not here right now. Everyone is locked up. Are you doing something?"" Then he added, ""Oh wait, I think XX (their IT company) is doing something. I bet it's them."" I tried and it said the server was not responding meaning, they had probably rebooted the server and didn't start the application. Gotta love those IT folks....

Good point @PhilMcIntosh - yes they do but it is only activated in one company.
