MAS 200 4.40.0.7. Migrated data to new server. Users access via TS. Changed path in sota.ini and on all shortcuts to the new server. Users cannot print any report or journal now. Error CI_Report_Unable: view (name of report). Failed to retrieve data from the database. Details: [Database Vendor Code: 133]. I can run reports at the server, but not at the workstations. Anyone see this before? Nothing on the KB for this specific error.

2 starting points. Check the data path in company maintenance - do this when loggd in from a workstation. make sure that path is valid. make sure users have full access rights to that path and directory.

My money is on the security issues. Did you try removing the client and reinstalling?

I had the same message in 4.40 with 'failed to retieve data' info that was resolved by updating the UDF fields manually for each table-The Custom Office utilities didn't resolve it.

Same here. Had to use the ""Update"" button in Custom Office + verify database on the form/report. Recall having to set location for some files on the custom form/report as well.

@Jeff - you win the prize. I had already done the Update in Custom Office, and the data path was good. Uninstalled and reinstalled the wksetup, and we're all good. Thanks for the suggestions and the help.
