MAS 200 4.3.0.18 won't launch - started last Thursday. User runs over a WAN. Windows 7 64-bit. Working w/ IT. Uninstalled/rebooted/reinstalled (as Admin). Turned off Sophos AV. CAN run in MAS90 mode. Weird thing is - she can walk to another computer in the office and log in from there (although I need to confirm she is logged into the other computer as herself). Another weird thing - I can RDP to the T/S (not her usual way of connecting to MAS) using her login and launch MAS. But it can't be done when RDP'd from her workstation using her login. Downloaded the MS Sysinternals. Don't really know what I'm looking at, but I did see TCPIP send and receive messages in the Sys Monitor. Will try to provide more details in the AM, but any ideas?

Sounds like it might be a bad record in whatever system file replaced the old fid0map.ini file. Try renaming her computer - a new workstation record should get created.

Not sure if this is applicable at 4.3 but at one point the MAS 200 server had to be able to ping the workstation to allow it to start-up. Might check that as well.

Shutdown mas200 at server Kill any ghost pvxwin32.exe Start application server and try again

Sometimes a server reboot resolves a multitude of sins. She's working now. Thanks @JohnnyPabian for sending me down that path.
