Mas 200 4.30 - Workstations are being installed on Win 7 Pro 64 and for some odd reason, the Sage PDF printer for paperless office is not being installed on either fresh installs or workstation repairs... Anybody seen this behaviour?

Did you try running the PDFinstall.exe from the Home folder?

Isn't there a patch for v4.3?

I think that patch is #18, if my mind serves me correctly.

Well this is 4.30.0.14 ...

The PDF driver update was a special release. 208MB. Not part of the SU's. Also, SU's went up to 21 (at least)

I was just looking and found 4.3 SU 21 - but you say it is not part of that? ... I am starting to see fuzzy shapes in the fog I seem to remember some special patch for this...

I have this and an executable tagged as 4.3pdfdriverupdate I can send a link or email.

4.3 is up to SU23. It looks like the paperless has (had) a special patch. It is unclear if SU 19 - 23 include the special patch or not. Here are release notes about paperless: Paperless Office Previously Released in 4.30.0.19 Windows 7 and 2008 Server 64 bit support. Users who upgrade to version 4.30.0.18 or higher, need to apply LM4046-T once and run WkSetup.exe and WksUpdate 90.exe (or WksUpdate 200.exe) on each MAS Workstation. Once LM4046-T has been applied, it does not need to be applied again after future Service Update installs. Have attached full release notes. DE 92967 PER 109773 Resolution ID 524364

@alanniergarth - Thanks for the release notes... Looks like it was fixed in SU 19 with some caveats ...

@KellySappington - I think I have that pdf driver update somewhere... let me look for it first before you go to the trouble....

The patch is totally separate.

Do you remember if the patch requires LM4046 separately or was included as well?

I believe the patch I am referring to is LM4046.

Believe you install the PU then the PDF Driver update being referenced above. Right click install as admin on everything. Double check that you change the port to a local one (I think I usually use Sage)

Thanks to all for your assistance ... After some creative digging, I managed to locate where I stashed this update. I am sure it seemed like a good idea at the time. I think I must have been a squirrel in a previous life. It sure seems like I bury acorns for future use then forget where they are and have to 'rediscover' them!
