Hi everyone

I am done with negotiations with the hotel and I have some really good updates!  We negotiated just a carry over of our contract with the following updates: 

• No fees or charges
• They increased room rate of $10 per night to $249 - right now the hotel is selling at $400 even under construction
• Upgraded Meeting Space - Moving from Newport Coast to the main Grand Ballrooms (see attached)
• Access to new blank canvas space (previously the Hook Restaurant on the map) for expo and evening events.  This is a new indoor-outdoor terrace space that I think will be amazing!  We will have the Tech Hub in there and main social events.  
• ALL of the construction on the property and all hotel rooms is expected to be done by March (after our original date)
