Hi all - I apologize if this is old news but I just heard about Mario passing away from complications with COVID-19 last month.
I have had the pleasure to work with many partners in the Sage 100 channel and Mario was truly one of my favorites. We would have occasional calls just to catch up and it was always great to hear from him.
For those of you who didn't know him, he had a real down-to-earth personality and I always appreciated hearing his perspective on life, business, family, Sage, Chicago, Miami, traffic (he was not a fan of Miami traffic - no surprise!), the weather, ... you name it. We had many calls that covered a lot of ground.
Sensible guy with a love for life. We had similar outlooks on many things - he was smart that way. :)
I'm lucky to have been associated with him and I will certainly miss the opportunity to have another call with him.
I am floored by this news truthfully and have his loved ones on my mind. He spent a good amount of time talking about his family and I know he loved them greatly.
