  • 1.  Manual check batches

    A client creates a batch in manual check entry and then when they go to post the patch nothing shows up in the batch window.  It they go back to manual check entry the batch is there.  Anyone see this or have any ideas what could be causing this?

    FYI - It turned out to be a corrupt record in GL_CompanyActiveBatch.

    I've seen something similar in SO invoice.  The batch number is missing or invalid in one of the records and the entire batch doesn't display.
