If you don't find any suggestions here, there probably aren't any decent ones. Then what will you do?
Try proposing a paying project to find a solution to their costly problem. First, hang a ballpark cost on "doing nothing," including the opportunity costs of not doing better for the customers. If they are interested, offer a project with 3 levels of results: Needs assessment, finding 3 reasonable candidates, and guiding them through the demo-presentation-analysis process. It's quite likely this means the solution is outside of Sage 100, but ... they'll figure that out sooner or later.
