Sage 100

Does anyone have a customer who is using Magento - that has integrated exemption certificate management from Avalara - so that the customer can upload their own exemption certificate at the point of sale? 

Anyone have a customer that is doing anything unique with ecommerce orders so that customers can upload their own exemption certificate? 

You may want to check with Simon Quinn or Andy Teteyan at Certipro.  Certipro uses Magento for the shopping cart and they are integrating Magento to Sage 100 (and I believe Acumatica) using their Elink product.  They may have a customer using Avalara exemption certificates.

Thanks, Doug, They're pretty embedded with Magento at the moment and I think they tried Certipro in the past and for some reason did not stick with it. 

I think in most cases an order would go on hold until someone examined an exemption certificate to be sure it was valid. Ideally they'd like this to all be automated but I'm not sure if this will be feasible.
