Looks like new hires at SPS - My last SPS rep was awful in every respect - no way would I introduce her to any of my clients. My name is Corey XXXXX. I am the new rep assigned to you for Sage Payments. My goal is to help you grow your book of business along will helping fulfill my goals as well. I have recently started with Sage, but for a little background: I have been in merchant processing for the last 7 years and I am very seasoned with all things that have to do with merchant processing. As you know with every referral you send over that signs up with Sage, you will receive 10% monthly of all of their processing fees. So of course, I would like to help add to that revenue that you are already receiving as well as treat your clients with 1st class customer service. I understand how important it is for you are to keep a great reputation with your clients and my number 1 goal is to make sure that as I am helping you succeed, I am also representing Sage as well as your brand to make sure all parties are happy!! I would like to chat with you a little more to get an idea of what you are looking for out of a referral partner and help get a grasp on what goals you are looking to achieve as well as share my goals. I think this could be the beginning of a great partnership! I am open to any critique as well as any special instructions as to how you would like for me to deal with certain clients. What time is good for you to spend a few minutes on the phone aligning our goals?

Always make the follow-up appointment for just after the quarter close. That way the reps are unlikely to still be there and you get out of a mind-numbing ""what have you got for me"" meeting.

It sounds like he really wrote that himself, rather than using a standard document. That's a plus. The minus is he wrote it himself.
