Looks like Dimension Funding is up for a webinar next week. Have they submitted their info? I don't see a registration link in our Gotowebinar.

They never sent me any info. I emailed them this morning asking them to complete the form.

Sorry I replied on the wrong message. Please inform Dimension that their webinar is cancelled. Provide them with the link to schedule another and advise that once we receive their information in full we will be in touch. If we have any other vendor members who have tentatively scheduled webinars but we have not received the content via the form (is IIG one?) please also cancel them and inform them that until we receive the completed form that we will not be holding a webinar and that we require a minimum 15 advance business days to schedule.

We should probably setup a rebooking fee in the agreement. There are only so many webinar slots and if someone signs up and misses theirs, it makes it harder to get everyone scheduled.

I think it we don't accept any appointments for webinars unless they've completed the online form - that should solve our issue.

Sorry, I was at a customer site all day today. I will send Dimension Funding a notification. I recently sent IIG the link asking them to complete it. CompuData asked for the link for their second webinar and she said she would have it completed by early next week. Maybe I'll send an email blast to those with webinars remaining just as a reminder.
