One client today is missing their Virtual Payment and Merchant Payment Numbers in all of their AR Payment Types. A strange happening. Right? there is no reason a Payment Type would suddenly go missing; is there?

Unless maybe they did something in Company Maint > CCP and because of possible SPS connectivity issue, it edited/changed the settings in Pmt Maint.

**ALERT Update - _partially resolved_** Error when Processing Payments through Sage Gateway-Update We have resolved the majority of the issues impacting payment processing and are continuing to work on addressing some isolated issues. Please review the transactions in your open batch to ensure there are no duplicate payments. In Sage Virtual Terminal, go to Batch Management, Credit Card. Review the transactions for any instances of the same customer, card number and amount listed more than once. Click the Void option on any duplicate instances of a transaction. In Sage Exchange, click Batch Management under Quick Links, select the desired account and then click LAUNCH. Review the transactions for any instances of the same customer, card number and amount listed more than once. Click the small triangle to the right of any duplicate instances of a transaction, then click the VOID button. If you continue to experience difficulty processing payments, please email virtualsupport@sage.com or call 877-470-4001. We apologize for this inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.

Update: Error when Processing Payments through Sage Gateway-Update A recent service interruption with the Sage payment gateway resulted in error messages being displayed on credit card payments that were, in fact, authorized. The error messages being returned caused customers to resubmit payments, resulting in duplicated authorizations on some cards. After the issue was resolved on Friday, July 1, 2016, Sage advised all customers to review their transaction history and void any duplicate payments. In order to give all customers adequate time to do so, our batch settlement processes were delayed by several hours. We will resume normal batch settlement times today, Saturday, July 2, 2016. Sage has taken the precaution of voiding transactions from July 1, 2016 that appeared to be duplicates of other transactions. We identified probable duplicates by looking at transactions with the same customer name, card number and transaction amount. Please review your transaction history for any discrepancies. For assistance with voiding or refunding duplicate payments, re-entering a void payment, or viewing transaction history, please visit https://www.support.sagepayments.com and click ""Maintenance, Alerts and Outages."" Due to the delay in our settlement processes, recurring payments were also delayed. Any recurring payments scheduled for July 2, 2016 will be processed on July 2 as expected; they will process later in the day than normal. We apologize for this inconvenience.
