WOW - Great find. No CC required is awesome. I just did this and it worked perfectly. Also appears to include Stern Show.

Wow, didn't know it had stern. I was under a $2/month deal previously. Think I'll open a new account

Yes --- and the ability to use your smartphone (just tested on Android) is awesome.

Yea, the on-demand feature on android is cool. I love Andrew Wilkow (The Wilkow Majority) but he's on usually when I'm at work, get to listen any time. I just tried signing up, still waiting for a confirmation email after 5 minutes. How long did it take you?

Offer sounds a bit desperate. I had 6 mo free SiriusXM with the purchase of a new truck and rarely listened to SiriusXM as I found my iPod and local stations were what I really listened to. I didn't subscribe when the 6 mo free period ended. Unless you're in an area where broadcast stations are unavailable, I think SiriusXM will struggle to gain subscribers. Got to figure that when 46% of the population pays no Federal income taxes, why would they pay for radio?

@MarkChinsky My confirmation took a few minutes - it could have been 3-5 minutes but not a lot longer than that.

The 95% reason I listen to Sirius (and always under some kind of $6 or less per month promo) is their own talk radio. Especially in the morning there is no political talk radio in the NY metro area. I just can't stand Imus

I like to listen to the 80's channel while driving back from the casino penniless

Still working. Clear the promo code.

I received my credentials almost immediately but it looks like it is a seven day trial now. Let's see what happens in eight days.

    Try this link - it's still reading 365 days -- http://www.siriusxm.com/freetrial?campaign=CHEVY1YR

Link went to 7 day trial. Perhaps they just needed to boost their subscriber numbers for the quarter.

I think you're right. Tried it in another browser window and only the 7 day trial showed. I bet they signed a few hundred thousand free listeners before pulling the plug.

If you don't put in the promo code it goes through but I'm not sure if you get the 360 days. Someone wanna try?

So i registered to a different email without the promo code and got access. I can't tell anywhere how long it is set to last for. I don't even know if the account I got earlier with the promo code will last the year. oh well, guess we'll see

We will find out next week ... but my guess is the ones that went through on the 365 will stick.

My confirmation email read: Dear Wayne Schulz, Congratulations on winning a one-year subscription to SiriusXM Internet Radio in the Chevrolet Game Time Sweepstakes! You are seconds away from enjoying over 120 channels of great SiriusXM programming, including commercial-free music, exclusive series and original shows, plus the best in sports, news, comedy and entertainment.

@WayneSchulz I think your right. My first confirmation this morning mentions the 1 year, the other didn't. Oh well, guess the ol' addage early bird gets the worm still applies

Do you think SiriusXM will be sharing your information with GM? GM probably purchased discounted subscriptions as give-a-ways as part of a marketing plan.

It's possible but the only info I think they got was a name and email - no demographics
