    Looks as if you might want to grab this hot fix if you are on 4.4 or 4.5 -- I'm not quite sure what they are saying is wrong -- but something about not being able to delete zero balance accounts at year end.     Looks like they released this hot fix all the way back to 4.40 PU2.
