    Looks as if Sage have started to survey people as to why they are going to the KB, whether they consider the trip a success and what Sage might do to improve.

    I'm still unbelievably perplexed by the volume of KB articles that are still not present in the apparently MAIN/PRIMARY KB but are present in the Archive KB. And I still contend that getting a reasonable answer to this from Sage is an exercise in futility.

    Here is the reason in a nutshell: Sage fired anyone with relevant product history/knowledge. They brought in a bunch of academics who ""should be able to do the job"" because they did something similar at a totally different company. A complete and total fail.
