Looks as if it's my day to wrestle with a customer swapping out a computer for Windows 7 where paperless office won't even install the PDF. This is an EES 4.3 -- the MAS version is 4.3.23 I believe. None of the advanced paperless even get me to the point of where a PDF is installed. I naturally suspect some type of rights issue though of course they claim they are admin, have tried, etc. Any ideas when the PDF itself won't even install. No other apparent errors though the install log for pdf shows a bunch of failures

Thanks - what did the trick was installing the LM4046 which I stupidly did not realize wasn't included in the latest SU.... once installed I was able to create the PDF, went in and changed the port and all is well. Thanks

@WayneSchulz I felt bad no one was answering you - you are ALWAYS there for others! Maybe it's a fear factor, trying to help the man behind the curtain. :)

My experience has been that you must load LM4046 on W7 on V4.3 on any update after 17. The sage guidelines are kind of fuzzy.

Yes it's not overly clear on when it's required -- sort of like sometimes you specify \MAS90 on installing patches and conversions and other times just the folder above ...
