    Looking for some feedback regarding Doclink and Sage HRMS. The good, the bad and the ugly. Client is using Sage 100 and Sage HRMS (HR, not PR) and is looking for some cost justification feed back. They are also hoping to enable employees to fill out a Doclink template for onboarding new hires. What are others doing?

    @JeffSchwenk are you looking for someone using the two products together, simultaneously, or feedback on each individually? We don't have anyone using docLink and Sage HRMS together. We did have one using docLink together with Sage Abra. They had most of their HR forms, some automated processes, and images of documentation in docLink but the applications weren't integrated in any way. They had over 4,000 employees in the system before they upgraded to PeopleSoft. They kept docLink for accounting and we had Altec integrate it with a NFP version of Dynamics NAV. Still using docLink today with over 200 users in the system.

    Client is a medical office with six locations. They want to stream line the paper process in AP and would like to incorporate their solutions with HR. A thought is to streamline the on boarding process of employees (let them fill out forms on line) along with archiving paper HR documents. Not sure what else we could do to improve the ROI. Client had initial call with Altec, was not impressed with the HRMS love vibe. Does Altec have a web portal or does everyone have to have access to a workstation client. Budget is not the greatest. Docs would rather have a new Audi or an MRI machine. They question why accounting can't run on QB...... Will be interesting.
