    There are definitely many issues with the Sage KB - especially in the area of downloads.

    OK that link worked for the downloads. I was on a different KB and the links were not working at all.

    Same for me - I pulled the first one from our Dropbox then started poking around to see what was happening with the KB. There are more than a few people complaining that they're not able to get at the downloads.
