Looking for an existing enhancement that will restrict the Items for selection on a Purchase Order to only those Items ""assigned"" the Vendor selected on the PO Header, either as the Primary Vendor on the Item record or as part of the enhancement.

Clarification/correction: The Vendor assignment would be read from the IM_ItemVendor table for each item.

What if you used Aliases?

The goal is to only allow those Item ""assigned"" to that Vendor be included on the Purchase Order.

We don't have an existing enhancement, but could create an ""Item not assigned to this Vendor"" message preventing non-item-vendor items from being added. What Sage 100 version?

Why couldn't this be done with a script?

It most likely can, I was just tasked with searching for an existing enhancement.
