Looking for an Accounts payable Positive Pay enhancement for Sage 100 ERP Standard v 4.5. Any recommendations?

Does your customer own Bank Reconciliation? BR now has a Positive Pay Export that may do what they need.

Isn't that now included as part of Bank Reconciliation? Or is there something further you need enhanced (layout etc)?

What do you need other than the standard positive pay?

It sure as heck IS included in Bank Rec. I must be losing it.... I knew my clients were paying maintenance for some reason. Thanks!

Bank Reconciliation also includes a really slick auto-reconciliation that will read in a list of cleared checks provided by the bank and show a screen of the checks that have cleared, checks still open and checks clearing for the wrong amount. A nice time saver though I've found a lot of customers reluctant to change their daily process even if it's fully manual..

@WayneSchulz - Do I ask the bank to send the list of checks in a particular format, or is the format configurable? This feature seems worth looking into further. I didn't know it existed.

I set it up once and nearly fell over when I saw how easy it was. From memory it only required two fields - check # and amount. I believe you can have them send it in CSV. Very slick. You can create your layout to tailor to what the bank sends.

I have been testing it and it works great. It won't help me much with my 5 checks a month, but is awesome for companies with many checks. Funny how people cling to the old ways...... reluctance to change is based on fear. Looking forward to showing this to some of the companies I work with.

I find that the harder aspect of this is getting information out of the bank. Wells Fargo is the pits when it comes to finding knowledgeable people.....
