Looking for a Customer Self Serve Portal for AR Invoices (I think) Received this from a customer. They have very high volume SO invoices and they are looking for a solution to have the customers be able to view/retrieve invoice copies on their own. The quick outline provided by the customer is below. Seems to me that maybe CRM may have something or that there was a third party solution ...but I cannot recall the name. Any suggestions are appreciated. From the client: Typical billing procedures vary based upon our clients demands. Some we mail. Some we enter into a portal, some we email various contacts, some we do all or a combination of the above. Many times during the collection process, our clients (some chronically) request copies of outstanding invoices which support the aged a/r list we send to them. My solution: Create a repository / portal that clients can access to view and/or re-print their outstanding invoices. Phase 1: Archive every invoice to client Allow viewing/downloading, etc. Allow password protected access to ONLY their invoices. Phase 2: Same as Phase 1 but limit the viewable invoices only to outstanding invoices. I expect this will be tricky and maybe costly, so may not be able to fulfill.

I have setup something very similar at one of my clients. We used Certipro's integration to Magento. Talk to Eddie or Andy.

Altec can do this with their Core doc-link system and their Web Client addition. We were going to implement this for a client for payroll data for their 5,000 employees. It was $14,400 for the software including first year maintenance, and $8,000 for the implementation.

We have this currently running at a client using Sage CRM and a modified version of the Sage CRM Self Service Portal. All coding and integration of the Portal back to Sage 100 was completed by CRM Together. Other than the coding necessary for modifying the Portal to do what your project intends, all of the software licensing is actually included with your single user CRM license that comes with Sage 100 native. Native Sage CRM manages Portal access by Company and Person related to that Company. We even have it modified to allow the Person to pick which Company they want to view if any individual is related to multiple Companies. Let me know if you want any additional information. We currently have all of your Phase 1 requirements in production and the Phase 2 requirements would not be much of a code modification.
