    LOL - see the workaround at the end of this Sage KB entry: Sales orders do not collate properly when printing multiple sales orders through Multi Part Printing Entry Type: Program Issue Defect: 95530 Product: Sage MAS 90 ERP Sage MAS 200 ERP Application: Sales Order Version Reported: 4.40.0.2 Status: This is working as designed Subject: Sales orders do not collate when printing multiple sales orders to through Multi Part Printing Steps to Duplicate: In [ABC] company: Create two sales orders in Sales Order Entry Click on Sales Order Printing, enable Multi Part Printing and create multi part copies Enable Shadow text and enter COPY 1 for the first printer and COPY 2 for the second printer Accept your settings and print the sales orders Notice that the output is Sales Order 1 COPY 1, Sales Order 2 COPY 1, Sales Order 1 COPY 2, Sales Order 2 COPY 2 Behavior: Each line in Multi-Part From Maintenance is a different printer and is handled by Windows that way. Even if all the lines in the grid are pointed to different trays on the same printer they will be handled like individual print jobs. They cannot be collated together. Possible Workaround: Collate the print jobs by hand after printing.

    Simple fix - send each order as a separate print job. Some days I wonder if anyone at Sage understands the purpose of ERP software as opposed to keeping paper ledgers and an order notebook....

    @PhilMcIntosh - I don't think there is anyone left at Sage to understand ERP. It is all about recurring revenue....

    No secret there - it's all about subscription, at least until Sage discovers some business partners may reach Diamond tier because they learned how to game the system. Then the tier bar is raised higher or they invent a new tier. Of course, if all your customers are on subscription, tier makes no difference. Isn't Sage clever?
