LOL LOL LOL - there is a thread on LinkedIn concerning Crystal Reports, started by a Sage guy. At the end of one of his last postings, he said this:
The hope then is that once we make the transition to Crystal's new .Net API, that we will then start supporting newer versions of Crystal quicker again. However testing is required since accurate correct reports are extremely important to Accounting users.

Considering SO is still making dupe postings, I found this particularly hilarious. And, of course, the other thought is that accurate reports aren't important to NON-Accounting users.
