I wanted to make you aware of the onsite social media plans we have in place for Summit. Feel free to talk about these, and promote. I will also have some ""insider"" (you can share!) info on the Fire & Ice Party which features partner-led bands very soon, too.
Onsite Social Media activities:
Live Twitter feed
We will have two 60"" plasma monitors running a live Twitter feed of all the Sage Summit tweets.
Here is an example of what this will look like on the screens:

Video Testimonial kiosks
Next to each Twitter feed we will have Video kiosks where attendees can tape quick videos of themselves and their experience onsite
Attendees can email their videos to friends, and post to social media sites, including the Summit YouTube and Facebook page
Here is an example of what this is:

Delivering happiness
Each day I plan to randomly deliver ""happiness"" to attendees who talk about Summit through the various social media outlets, whether its Twitter, FB, YouTube or by using the video kiosks
""Happiness"" will be in the form of Kindles, Shuffles, iTunes gift cards, Gaylord gift cards, and customized Davidson Chocolates (a Sage customer)
Videos of events
Greg Jones, from Cramer, will be on hand taping each day's activities and will posting to YouTube etc. I've asked that he cover the exhibit hall, sessions, Registration area, the Partner Fire & Ice party, Meet & Greets and Air & Space. He will share this footage with you to include in your blogs
Endorsed Bloggers
That's you!
Stayed tuned for more good stuff.
Please also note, that we will be testing the Mobile App at the end of this week, once the testing site is ready, I will send over so you can get a first-hand experience.
