Has anyone seen this error when trying to access a specific Sales Order? It’s not on all Sales Orders, only 1 or 2 so far. Searched the Sage KB and found nothing. I copied the Sales Order to a new Order and the new one opens fine. Didn’t see anything wrong in DFDM either. They do have JobOps so it might be a Scanco issue but before I call them I thought I’d ask here. Sage Advanced 2019.4 Thanks.

Thank you Jeff and Kevin. I’ll give that a try when everyone is gone for the day.

A client of mine encountered this about a week ago.  Restarting the service fixed it (they were not running it as an app, as was the case in the Sage City article, but the article pointed me in that direction).  Coincidentally, they are on JobOps also.

Thank you all. I rebooted the server last night and the issue went away. Weird but I'll take it.
