Interesting on several fronts:
a. I'm unsure whether Sage 300 Online (which admittedly is different type product in how it is sold) has had license and database increases available via web inquiry before (it's may have).
b. Question - Do we as partners now need to match Sage on the ""Support Chat"" side of things?
Personally my experience with support chat is that if it's not ""gated"" (meaning you don't have to login) it attracts 99% people not on support, who don't want to pay support and who are looking only for a free online resource.
c. How might Sage expand this (if at all) -- via portal? Customer email? To other product lines.
